Rotarians had an opportunity to meet a couple of special West Chester leaders recently, when Malcolm Johnston, Executive Director of the West Chester Business Improvement District, and Elizabeth Laurent (right), the new President of the Chester County Historical Society, attended our weekly meeting. Deb Sparre (left), looks over a copy of the special edition magazine that Johnston brought to share with members about businesses in the borough, while Ms. Laurent looks on. Johnston, our guest speaker, shared exciting information about  new hotels, apartments, venues and businesses in the borough. It was a pleasure  to also welcome Ms. Laurent to our community. She has been hired for the CCHS position formerly held by fellow Rotarian, the late Rob Lukens.
