Each month a West Chester Area School District student is selected for this award based on the recommendation from a member of the school's faculty.  The winning students have demonstrated the characteristics of the Rotary Club's "4 Way Test". This month's award was presented to High School Students Christina Hoffman, Kaitlan Connolly, Jordan Shelton. Also shown are teachers Dr. Elaine Kirkland and Heather Murray along with "an Irish" Rotarian Dr. Terry McGrath. The award was presented on St. Patrick's day - Thus the kilt on Dr. McGrath.
